FaceOracle is an entertainment service. Results are for fun and have no medical or scientific basis. Do not use results to judge personality, ability, nationality, health, or identity.

Are my photos stored?

The uploaded original image is never written to disk — it is released from server memory after the Claude API call. If you create a share link, a 200×200 thumbnail and the result text are stored in Redis with a 24-hour TTL and auto-deleted afterward.

How do I delete my result before 24 hours?

Email yuseong2099@gmail.com with the result ID (the /result/<id> portion of your share URL). We'll remove it as soon as possible.

Can my face image be used to log into or authenticate another service?

No. FaceOracle does not build facial recognition templates (faceprints) and is not used for identity verification or biometric authentication.

Where did gender detection / national look / avoid type go?

Those were removed from the default UI because they can infer sensitive attributes or encourage judgmental framing. Non-discriminatory categories like first impression, mood, and personal color remain.

This feature is a mood/style reference against public celebrity names, not face recognition or a real resemblance claim. Results vary with lighting, angle, and expression and are for fun only.

Can I upload someone else's photo?

Only if you are the subject or have the subject's consent. Uploading others' photos without consent violates the Terms and may have legal consequences.

Users under 14 must use the service with parent/guardian consent. Uploading a minor's photo without that consent is prohibited.

Yes — 'Share Link' copies a URL, 'Save Card' downloads a result image. Only share results for yourself.

Yes, completely free. Ads may appear to support operations, but they are not placed adjacent to the upload button, result confirmation button, or photo selection area.
