FaceOracle is run by a small team. Email gets our fastest response, typically within two business days. One address handles everything.
What you can send
- Result deletion requests. Include the
/result/<id>portion of the share URL and we'll delete it before the 24-hour TTL. There is also a deletion request form. - Privacy questions — IP log deletion, data-flow clarifications, anything in the Privacy Policy.
- Corrections.Spotted a factual error in a blog post? Tell us and we'll fix it with an update note.
- Third-party photo reports.Found a photo uploaded without the subject's consent? Send us the result ID or share URL.
- Press & partnerships. Interviews, features, collaborations.
- Feature ideas. Tell us which cards or articles you would like next.
Before you write
Please include whichever is relevant:
- Deletion → Result ID or share URL.
- Correction → article URL and the exact passage.
- Report → page URL and a screenshot if you have one.
